Coordinate overall Minor League Baseball marketing initiatives, and track progress among a wide portfolio of MiLB projects for all 120 Clubs. Assisted with the launch and activation of a fun, one-of-a-kind MiLB x Marvel Entertainment partnership.
Facilitated the creation of a dedicated Israel Baseball online store in Jan '20. Manage the pre-Olympics e-commerce and merch marketing efforts from Jan '21. I redesigned the online shopping experience, significantly increased our product offering, and managed the shop's social media accounts. Increased online sales by 785% and unique visitors by 440% within the first five months. Led an 8-city, 9-game, 10-day retail operation in Jul '21.

Attended a one-week job fair and trade show where I had the incredible opportunity to learn from and meet numerous professionals within the baseball industry.
In between my travels, I spent six weeks total developing a cataloging system for a unique 7,000+ piece baseball memorabilia collection. The task included indexing, photographing, and organizing each item, both digitally and physically.

I joined the online diamond and jewelry retailer, JamesAllen.com, not knowing the first thing about PPC advertising. Soon after, I was managing about 60% of the company's online advertising budget and hundreds of campaigns across multiple platforms. I drove significantly more traffic to the website which directly led to an increase in leads and sales. Halfway through my tenure, I took the initiative to revamp and manage the company's customer review strategy. I also had the opportunity to interview, hire, and mentor my first team member, which was incredibly rewarding.

I began my career at Clixie, an e-commerce start-up with three separate online stores, by fulfilling customer orders. Management realized my desire to learn and the ability to do so quickly and, over time, requested that I fill many roles that needed urgent filling. I touched nearly every aspect of e-commerce: order fulfillment and inventory management, content writing, accounting and finance, customer support and sales, purchasing, website A/B testing, email marketing, as well as market research and competitor analysis.

Zack is a holistic Marketer with a capital M, always keeping the end consumer in mind and staying focused on how best to win their attention, communicate with, and sell to them.
