TeamIsraelBaseball.com (Remote)
Facilitated the creation of a dedicated Israel Baseball online store in Jan '20. Manage the pre-Olympics e-commerce and merch marketing efforts from Jan '21. I redesigned the online shopping experience, significantly increased our product offering, and managed the shop's social media accounts. Increased online sales by 785% and unique visitors by 440% within the first five months. Led an 8-city, 9-game, 10-day retail operation in Jul '21.
ZackRaab.com (Remote)
While continuing my full-time job search, I have been consulted by various individuals and small businesses with regard to digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies, and more. On the side, I have focused on personal growth by teaching myself Spanish, Adobe Photoshop, and web design (i.e. this website).
PBEO Job Fair & MLB Winter Meetings (San Diego)
Attended a one-week job fair and trade show where I had the incredible opportunity to learn from and meet numerous professionals within the baseball industry.
JewishBaseballMuseum.com (Chicago)
In between my travels, I spent six weeks total developing a cataloging system for a unique 7,000+ piece baseball memorabilia collection. The task included indexing, photographing, and organizing each item, both digitally and physically.
Personal Travel (Worldwide!)
After leaving JamesAllen.com, I dedicated some time off for bucket list and baseball travel - spanning thirteen stadiums, seven states, and four countries, giving me the opportunity to meet dedicated fans across the world.
Signet Jewelers / JamesAllen.com (Herzliya, Israel)
I joined the online diamond and jewelry retailer, JamesAllen.com, not knowing the first thing about PPC advertising. Soon after, I was managing about 60% of the company's online advertising budget and hundreds of campaigns across multiple platforms. I drove significantly more traffic to the website which directly led to an increase in leads and sales. Halfway through my tenure, I took the initiative to revamp and manage the company's customer review strategy. I also had the opportunity to interview, hire, and mentor my first team member, which was incredibly rewarding.
Clixie, Ltd. (Tel Aviv, Israel)
I began my career at Clixie, an e-commerce start-up with three separate online stores, by fulfilling customer orders. Management realized my desire to learn and the ability to do so quickly and, over time, requested that I fill many roles that needed urgent filling. I touched nearly every aspect of e-commerce: order fulfillment and inventory management, content writing, accounting and finance, customer support and sales, purchasing, website A/B testing, email marketing, as well as market research and competitor analysis.
Camp Moshava Indian Orchard (Honesdale, PA)
I had the privilege of leading and caring for groups of 15-17 campers at a sleepaway camp for six summers. This experience was crucial to my professional growth as I learned how to plan and lead activities and guide a wide variety of personalities in a close-knit setting.

Zack is a holistic Marketer with a capital M, always keeping the end consumer in mind and staying focused on how best to win their attention, communicate with, and sell to them. He is detail-oriented but always stays anchored in the big picture. He has the uncommon ability to address the business, performance, and consumer needs at hand, and has an enormous capacity to get work done. He always went above and beyond his specific role to contribute ideas and take on new projects. I greatly appreciated - and our team benefited immensely from - Zack's proactive marketing initiative and penchant for suggesting solutions vs. asking for direction. He also has a rare combination of practical, sophisticated, consumer-anchored creative judgment, and strong analytical skills with a bias towards performance above all.
Dan Perach
Direct Manager/Mentor
It was a pleasure working with Zack. He easily picks up new skills. Training and delegating 2/3 of the company's PPC spend was a great move on my part, allowing me to focus on my channel. I already miss the strategy consults with him. I give him my recommendation unreservedly.
Eran Hadar
Direct Manager/Mentor
I had the pleasure of having Zack on my team. Zack is very dedicated, hard-working, and truly cares about what he does and making the company he works for succeed. As such he spends a lot of his own time studying anything that could be relevant to his role and trying to take what he does to the next level. He is extremely detail-oriented yet has the ability to see the bigger picture. The above, combined with his strong analytical thinking, made him a very valuable player on our team.
A year ago today, I started my first job out of college, at JamesAllen.com. Zack was my mentor there and I am so grateful for the training and guidance in PPC and online marketing that he provided me. He was patient, happy to take my questions, and always encouraged me to make my own suggestions. Besides being a great mentor, it was a pleasure working alongside Zack. He is motivated, detail-oriented, creative and innovative in his approach to his own field and to others. Any employer would be fortunate to have a member like Zack on the team.
I worked with Zack for nearly three years at JamesAllen.com and I give him my highest recommendation. He is smart, hardworking and extremely team-oriented. He set the tone for the marketing team and he was eager to take on any new project or initiative that he thought would help the company's long-term growth. On a personal note, his love of the game of baseball is second to none. Any organization would be extremely lucky to have him and that goes tenfold for any MLB or MiLB organization.
Ram Michaeli
Google Partner
I worked closely with Zack for 8 months as his Google partner, while he was managing Google PPC activity for JamesAllen.com. Zack is an extremely talented and diligent marketing professional. He is always looking to learn and try out new and innovative things and get out of his comfort zone. I was especially impressed by his ability to tackle complex, large scale projects in a systematic way, from thoroughly studying the issue, through designing the best solution and then leading an efficient execution. I would highly recommend Zack to anyone who'd like to work with a true professional.
